  • Analytics, reporting, and dashboard capabilities
  • Integration with third-party aviation systems

3. User Accounts and Registration

Account Creation

To use our Services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • You must keep your contact information current and accurate
  • You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in activities that may harm our Services or other users.

Our Services are provided on a subscription basis. Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms.

Payment Processing

  • You must provide valid payment information and keep it current
  • Automatic renewal applies unless you cancel before the renewal date
  • Late payments may result in service suspension

Price Changes

We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will apply to subsequent billing periods.

7. Service Level Agreement

Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our Services, excluding scheduled maintenance and circumstances beyond our control.

Maintenance

We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. Emergency maintenance may be performed without notice when necessary for security or stability.

Support

Support is provided during business hours (9 AM - 6 PM PST, Monday through Friday) via email and our support portal. Emergency support may be available for critical issues.

8. Intellectual Property

Our Rights

The Services, including all software, content, and technology, are owned by Clarity Airframe and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property.

Your Rights

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your internal business purposes.

Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about our Services become our property and may be used without compensation or attribution.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

Service Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Aviation Compliance

While our Services are designed to assist with aviation maintenance compliance, you remain solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable aviation regulations and standards.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clarity Airframe from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

11. Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account cancellation feature in our platform.

Termination by Us

We may terminate your access to the Services immediately if you violate these Terms or for any other reason with 30 days' notice.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your access to the Services will cease, and we may delete your data after a reasonable period. You remain liable for all charges incurred before termination.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through our platform. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Services and may terminate your account.
